Dr. Jamie Carloni

Originally a New Jersey native, I moved to Florida with my family when I was 12 years old.  It was an exciting move and I quickly understood why they called it the Sunshine State.  Florida offers many great opportunities to enjoy the outdoors and I’m currently pursuing a great interest in scuba diving.

I attended Florida State University for my undergraduate degree and pursued my love of veterinary medicine at The Ohio State University.  I returned to Florida after graduation and spent a number of years as part of veterinary team in Port St. Lucie.  I’m now happy to be a part of the Port Salerno Animal Hospital family and look forward to building new relationships for many years to come.

When not at work, I enjoy spending time with two of my very best friends: Maserati and Ducati.  Maserati a Yorkshire Terrier I have had since my days at Florida State, and his best friend, Ducati, an orange and white tabby, bring endless adventure to my life. .  In addition to these furry companions, I have a colorful family of marine companions who occupy a saltwater aquarium at home.  Animals have always been my passion and I look forward to working with you and your family members as well.
